Don't stop looking outside yourself, just look inside first and here's why
I’ m going to riff for a moment on a theme that goes around and around again. "Don't look outside of you, the answers are within you."
But what if you feel alone?
What if you feel isolated?
What if you feel like you can't or don't or won't or are trained not to ask for help?
What if you think you have to "go it alone to be strong?"
I'm going to change this meme up a bit because while I know the soul is our intuition, our answers, our everything-at-the-core, the world is FILLED with solutions for us.
That's what this Earth is. It's a place where we get to focus, and decide, and ask, and the Universe says YES and then this Earth place...
...where we ACTUALLY live in this perspective...
fills up with solutions.
So yes look outside of you. Look outside of you for a song that lifts you up.
Or a vibrational music that feels like mental or empathic relief.
Look outside of you for an awesome coaching practice or a friend or tool or a book or show that brings you inspiration, that great kind of hug that you can feel into your very essence, and the deep smile you are dreaming of.
Look out to all of the amazing solutions and fun and relief and insight and community-of-heart that is calling out and literally throwing itself in front of your vibe all day every day.
But look inside first and connect as much as you can so that you can see it. 💪
This is the empath strategy that will take highly sensitive souls and bridge that gap between you and the world that you have been struggling with.
To just flat-out tune into the world without a filter of inner-guidance feels awful. Overwhelming. Burn-out imminent.
But to JUST tune in and tell the world to go away?
That can feel, well, wrong.
Because that’s not the solution.
The solution is to tune in so that you can tune out (ward) and still be YOU and still KNOW YOU and still FEEL YOU while you interact with, learn about, and decide about, and experience about, this Earth plane. This beautiful Gaia. This co-soul place.
And, don’t forget, to enjoy it.
Oh yes, that’s the bridge.
Love you. ❤️
